Villa Myles is a coastal-inspired, modern 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath villa with a gorgeous view of the sunset and Burgeaux Bay in Dutch St. Maarten. Located in Beacon Hill, Villa Myles is only a 5 or 10 minute walk to 2 spectacular beaches nearby; Simpson Bay Beach and Maho Beach. It's also within walking distance to Maho Village; one of the most popular and touristic strips in Sint Maarten. There you will find plenty of restaurants, shops, casinos, nightlife and a supermarket.
Villa Myles has undergone a complete renovation. All common areas and bedrooms are fully air-conditioned. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all new appliaces - glasses, dishes, cutlery and utensils are all provided. The property offers smart tv's for your entertainment and strong Wi-Fi connectivity is available throughout the villa and the pool deck area. There is parking for up to 2 cars. It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are about a 15-20 minute walk away.

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Villa Myles is not set-up to be a party house. Villa Myles is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.

Summary: This property was perfect for three couples. The principal bedroom with its own ensuite was located on the second level. On the main level there were two other bedrooms, one with an ensuite washroom and the other with the washroom just outside the bedroom. You can walk to Simpson's Bay beach or Maho. The property was clean, and housekeeping came in twice during our weeklong stay. We met the owner of the property, and he was very nice. The property management company was not the best that we have ever dealt with. We had a lot of difficulty confirming the property did match the VRBO posting. They were slow to respond as well. On the day of our arrival, we met Elizabeth and she was lovely and helpful. The parking is on the road in front of the property, not behind a gate. There was no place to hang clothes in one of the bedrooms as well as a missing hairdryer in this room. You will need to buy your own toilet paper, paper towels, etc. It would have been nice to have had this included, so we didn't have to worry about shopping.Although there is a washer and dryer in the unit, it is not for guest use. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Thank you for having us.
